In this post you will find information on how to import Photoshop PSD files to Darkan app.

The first step is to download the plug-in for Photoshop, which is available HERE. To run it you need a Photoshop CC version.

Then unzip Photoshop plugin at:
YOUR_PATCH_TO_PHOTOSHOP/Plug-ins/Generator
eg.: C:/Program Files/Adobe/Adobe Photoshop CC/Plug-ins/Generator

Then we run Photoshop (or restart it if it is already on) and make sure that Photoshop generator is enabled. To check it, open preferences window available at:
Edit -> Preferences -> Plug-ins,   and select “Enable Generator” checkbox

Now we can export our PSD project to Darkan! To do so just choose:

File -> Generator -> Darkan

You can now import generated file to Darkan project, just drag and drop it on browser window, or choose Import PSD from import window! Your PSD file will be added as a new page with all layers in the timeline!
